Where your driver will be
In the arrivals hall, on your side of the barrier, holding a board with your name, the passenger's name or your company's name on it. Not outside. Not in a car park. Not sending you a text while you're still looking for the exit.
Terminal 1 for flights from outside the Schengen Area, Terminal 2 for flights within it — we know which one you're arriving at from your flight number, so there's nothing for you to work out. Please switch your phone on after landing, just in case.
Booking late, or at short notice
Book 24 hours ahead and a saloon car is almost always available. Book earlier if you need a minivan, an XXL minibus, a child seat, or if you land between 22:00 and 06:00. In peak season, give us a few days.

Why a fixed fare and not a meter
A metered taxi from the rank at Prague Airport will usually land somewhere around 700–1,000 CZK to the centre — but you find that out at the end of the journey, not the start. Waiting time is charged by the minute, so the number moves with the traffic, and the traffic is worst exactly when the flights land.
Our price is agreed when you book. It's the same number whether the journey takes twenty-five minutes or fifty-five. That's the entire product.
Comparing us with everything else

"Airport transfer", "private transfer" and "airport taxi" get used interchangeably in Prague. They aren't the same thing.
